FIX'N'FAST BOND Metal Repair Putty

FIX ‘N’ FAST BOND Metal Repair Putties are high performance metal-filled two-component epoxies that allows fast, economical, and permanent repairs. It acts as a space filling adhesive that repairs holes, cracks and defects.

 

FIX'N'FAST BOND Metal Repair Putties are used as rebuilding product that facilitate reinforcement to fiberglass wrapping on pipelines.

Steel Repair Putty (FFP101)

Liquid Repair Putty (FFP111)

  • Metal filled two component epoxy liquid

  • Flowable epoxy helps repair hard to reach areas

  • Proprietary formulation used as a wet out for carbon fiber & fiberglass materials

  • Duplicating or tracing masters

 

Aluminium Repair Putty (FFP201)

  • Aluminium filled two component epoxy putty

  • Fill porosity in aluminium castings

 

Bronze Repair Putty (FFP301)

  • Bronze filled two component epoxy putty

  • Repair castings, bushes and shafts without hot work

  • Bonds securely to copper alloys and ferrous metals

 

Stainless Steel Repair Putty (FFP401)

  • Stainless steel filled two component epoxy putty

Underwater Repair Putty (FFP501)

  • Designed for repairing and rebuilding equipments in wet & moist environments

  • Fast curing

Hi-Temp Repair Putty (FFP801)

  • Metal filled two component epoxy putty

  • Repair equipment abrasion, scratch, corrosion, cracks even at high temperature

  • Withstand temperature up to 200 °C (continuous) and 230 °C (intermittent)

  • Bonds to ferrous and non-ferrous metals

 

Wear Resistant Putty (FFP901)

  • Smooth, non-rusting two component epoxy putty

  • Protect, rebuild equipment against wear and tear

  • Ideal for repairs requiring low-friction surfaces

  • Thixotropic viscosity, brushable, non-sagging

  • Bonds to ferrous and non-ferrous metals
