STICBOND AC-BOND
AC-Bond is a premium-grade, solvent-based construction
adhesive formulated for superior performance. This
versatile adhesive creates strong, durable bonds across a
wide range of construction materials. Specifically designed
to reduce reliance on mechanical fasteners or nails, ACBond
can be used to secure wood, plywood, gypsum, MDF
board, ceramic tiles, concrete, mirrors, metals, rubber, and
glass.

APPLICATION:
-
Surface must be clean and free from dust, oil or other
contaminations -
Sand painted surfaces
-
Puncture the inner seal, cut the nozzle and place it in
cartridge gun -
Apply the adhesive in zig zag pattern or continuous
wavy beads on a flat surface or on joists -
Always apply adhesive to the edges of all corners and
within in 5 minutes fit the surface together and press
firmly -
In case of heavy and large objects if necessary, clamp
or support (about 24 hours) -
Avoid using it for constant water immersion, ceiling
mirrors, or on plastics, polystyrene, and polyethylene
foams
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Ensure the bonding surfaces are clean

Cut the tip of STICBOND® LIQUID NAILS to 5 mm
-
Apply bead along length of one bonding surface. For larger surfaces, apply every 400 mm
-
Position surfaces and press firmly together with a clamp for 30 minutes
PRO TIP: Clean any excess adhesive, using a cloth with adhesive remover
