Leak Condition : Pinhole leak on DN15 Ball Valve

Pipe Pressure : 3 Bar

Pipe Medium : Domestic water

A leak was found on Ball Valve of a critical DN25 Copper pipe with 3 bar (45 psi) pressure. SEALXTREME PLUS Active Leak Repair Kit and WRAP-PRO Stainless Steel Pipe Clip were used to arrest the leak and reinforce the elbow joint.

SMARTSTIC Underwater Epoxy was used to seal the leak and followed by self-fusing QUIKCONTROL Sealing Tape. The repair area was secured by stainless steel pipe clip and reinforced with QUIKCONTROL fiberglass repair tape.
