SILICONE SEALANT – FIRE RESISTANCE

Special purpose, fast curing white silicone sealant with excellent fire resistance (Rated for up to 4 hours) & UV protection. This sealant is designed for both indoor & outdoor use. SILICONE SEALANT – FIRE RESISTANCE is suitable for most surfaces such as wood, glass, concrete/cement, clay bricks/terracotta roof tiles, stone, and ceramic. Our silicone sealants are formulated based on neutral cure providing a non-corrosive cure with no/less odour. They’re most commonly used in construction industry on porous and non-porous building materials.

SILICONE SEALANT – ROOF & GUTTER is suitable for most surfaces such as clay bricks/terracotta roof tiles, metals, glass, concrete/cement, plastics, and ceramic. Our sealants are formulated based on neutral cure providing a non-corrosive cure with no/less odour.

POLYURETHANE PU SEALANT – CONSTRUCTION

Advanced, special purpose sealant formulated to accommodate expansion and contraction of different materials at joints. This sealant is made up of 1-component polyurethane (organic compounds) formulated to be moisture-cured, non-sag elastomeric and provide stronger adhesion to surfaces than silicone sealants. POLYURETHANE (PU) SEALANT – CONSTRUCTION is suitable for most construction material surfaces such as concrete/cement, metals, clay bricks/terracotta roof tiles, and wood.

如何申请

  • 安全第一，佩戴合适的防护装备。手套是必须的

  • 揉捏环氧树脂棒，直到 80% 变硬

  • 使用 80% 固化的环氧树脂棒密封泄漏

  • 将玻璃纤维修复胶带浸入水中 5 秒钟

  • 用玻璃纤维修复胶带加固修复区域

  • 用水打磨玻璃纤维修补带表面，与管道平行方向摩擦

  • Clean surface & ensure it is dry

  • Cut the tip of STICBOND sealant to desired size

  • Remove seal at cartridge bottom before inserting into sealant gun

  • Press the product firmly onto the joint to ensure adequate contact of the sealant with both surfaces

PRO TIP: Smooth off sealant before curing, remove excess silicone/acrylic sealant by using a cloth/sponge with turpentine. For painting on top of acrylic sealants, waiting time after the sealant is applied for water-based paint is 1 hour and for oil-based paint is 24 hours.
